CreatorLinks complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will respond promptly to properly submitted notices of alleged copyright infringement. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please follow the procedures outlined below.

DMCA Notification Requirements

To file a DMCA takedown notice, you must provide a written communication that includes: • Your physical or electronic signature • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing with sufficient detail for us to locate it • Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email address) • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

How to Submit a DMCA Notice

Please send your DMCA notice to our designated copyright agent: Email: dmca@creatorlinks.com Subject Line: "DMCA Takedown Notice" We will respond to valid DMCA notices within 24-48 hours. Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification that includes: • Your physical or electronic signature • Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake • Your name, address, and telephone number • A statement that you consent to jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your district • A statement that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original DMCA notice Send counter-notifications to: dmca@creatorlinks.com with subject "DMCA Counter-Notice"

Repeat Infringer Policy

CreatorLinks has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

Good Faith Requirement

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents: • That material or activity is infringing, or • That material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification ...may be subject to liability for damages. We recommend consulting with legal counsel before filing a DMCA notice or counter-notice.

Our Content Moderation

CreatorLinks is a platform where users submit links to creator content. We do not host the actual content referenced by these links. However, we take intellectual property rights seriously and will: • Remove links that violate copyright when properly notified • Remove avatar images or descriptions that infringe copyright • Suspend or terminate accounts of repeat infringers • Cooperate with law enforcement and rights holders Please note that links to publicly available social media profiles or legitimate creator pages are generally not copyright infringement.
