By accessing and using CreatorLinks, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CreatorLinks ("Service") operated by CreatorLinks ("us", "we", or "our").

CreatorLinks is a platform that allows content creators to showcase their links and enables users to discover content creators. Our service includes: • Link listing and discovery functionality • Search and filtering capabilities • User account management • Content moderation and quality control • Community features and interactions

To access certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information • Maintain and update your account information • Keep your password secure and confidential • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account • Notify us immediately of unauthorized use You are responsible for safeguarding your account and all activities that occur under your account.

CreatorLinks goal is simple: a trusted community where creators feel free to share and fans feel confident exploring. We respect different approaches to self-expression while maintaining the integrity of the platform. To maintain this safe environment, we apply the following guidelines regarding nudity and body exposure: • Nudity is not permitted. This includes visible genitalia, buttocks, exposed female breasts, or sheer clothing that reveals these areas. • As a simple rule of thumb: if you wouldn't post it on Instagram or TikTok, it's probably not appropriate here. • Cultural exceptions: We may allow limited body exposure in legitimate cultural, educational, or artistic contexts, provided it is not sexual in nature. By following these guidelines, you help us maintain a safe, positive community that can thrive for the long term.

This license continues for as long as your content is stored on or through the Service. If you remove your content, or your account is closed, we will stop displaying it publicly, but you acknowledge that cached, backup, or archived copies may remain in our systems for a commercially reasonable period of time.

We reserve the right to: • Review all submitted content before publication • Remove or modify content that violates our guidelines • Suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate terms • Update our content policies as needed All links are subject to approval and ongoing moderation to maintain platform quality.
